Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a 3 Burner Glass Top gas stove in March 2021 for an amount of ₹ 4200/- After about 5 months, as the glass top of the stove broke , he registered his grievance with the dealer and the company. A technician visited from the company and assured him that it would be repaired. Thereafter, as there was no response from the company, he contacted them repeatedly over the next 2-3 weeks, and each time the company representative assured him that a technician would visit, but no one visited and he had not got the solution on his grievance
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘COMPLAINT RESOLVED. PRODUCT REPAIRED’
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Very Good. After filing the complaint, company responded within 4 days and the matter was resolved
