Consumer had purchased a 3 Burner Glass Top gas stove in March 2021 for an amount of ₹ 4200/- After about 5 months, as the glass top of the stove broke , he registered his grievance with the dealer and the company. A technician visited from the company and assured him that it would be repaired. Thereafter, as there was no response from the company, he contacted them repeatedly over the next 2-3 weeks, and each time the company representative assured him that a technician would visit, but no one visited and he had not got the solution on his grievance |
