Consumer had purchased a branded Mixer Blender in the last week of February 2021, for which he had paid ₹ 3998/-. After about 8 months of usage, there was a problem with the kitchen gadget, so he registered his grievance with the company but the Company keeps delaying the resolution. Thereafter, the company executive told him that the specific part required was not available. |
