Consumer had purchased a branded LED TV in the first week of Feb 2021. After about 8-9 months, the TV screen purchased had black spots, so, on contacting customer care of the company, their service engineer came and checked out the TV in early December 2021. Thereafter, he called up the service center many times on the same day to get the status, but no one knows what had happened to his TV. When consumer checked the service job sheet that was provided, he saw that it did not have a date and no job reservation number as well. He had already spoken to the company’s Customer Care and emailed the issue to them as well, but there had been no response. |
