Problem Reported Consumer had purchased a branded LED TV in the first week of Feb 2021. After about 8-9 months, the TV screen purchased had black spots, so, on contacting customer care of the company, their service engineer came and checked out the TV in early December 2021. Thereafter, he called up the service center many times on the same day to get the status, but no one knows what had happened to his TV. When consumer checked the service job sheet that was provided, he saw that it did not have a date and no job reservation number as well. He had already spoken to the company’s Customer Care and emailed the issue to them as well, but there had been no response.
Escalation by NCH As the Consumer Electronics Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “The product was delivered to customer place after Panel replacement.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent. Demands fulfilled by xxxxx. The consumer helpline is very efficient and quick. Thank you so much for this facility. Without registering in consumer portal, the resolution is not going to become easy. The Agent who spoke to me in Tamil was also very helpful. Thanks a lot.
