Problem Reported Consumer had booked a ticket in mid-January 2020 from a Private Airlines to travel from Kolkata to Cochin. The airlines had cancelled the flight due to some reason and the consumer was informed that the amount would be refunded, but even after more than 45 days, the refund had not been done. Consumer had raised the grievance to the company many times, but as they were delaying the refund, she had registered the grievance at NCH.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on the NCH Portal that “We would like to inform you that full refund has been initiated to your travel agents account. We would request you to contact your travel agent for the same.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent. My issue was resolved
