Problem Reported Consumer had purchased branded Shoes in the last week of October 2021 and paid the amount of ₹6797/-. His grievance is that he had asked for a replacement for the product as it was under warranty, but he had not received any resonse. Consumer was of the opinion that after spending 6k+ for a poor product and no response to the customer’s grievance, he felt cheated by the company.
Escalation by NCH As the company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the company responded that “Claim has been approved from our end and the same approval code has been shared with the consumer and the store team”.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent. Issue resolved! Got the replacement of shoes worth Rs. 6797 from the company on 24.12.2021.
