Problem Reported Consumer had bought a branded printer in mid- April 2021, paid ₹8000/- but after a few months it ran in to an issue whereby the paper did not load. He sent out an email to the company and also had a chat with what’s app support, they did take accountability of issue but did not even bother to follow up.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that “Service done, issue resolved, case closed.
