Problem Reported Consumer had purchased some items in early December 2021 from an online fashion portal and paid ₹ 3368/-, he did not receive the products. He raised his grievance to the fashion portal which kept asking him for order details but did not solve the grievance yet.
Escalation by NCH As the online fashion portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘refund initiated for Rs.3368 on xxxxxx transaction id xxxxxx’
