Problem Reported Consumer had booked a flight ticket in early January 2022 and paid the amount of ₹93,333/-, but due to some personal reason, the next day he had to cancel the tickets. Later he received an email from the travel company that they would refund the amount of ₹83,601 within 7 days, but even after 10 days the amount had not been refunded to his account.
Escalation by NCH As the e-travel company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the Company on the NCH Portal that “we would like to inform you that the applicable refund of INR 83601/- is processed from our end in your account. Please find below the RRN details for your reference. RRN: xxxxxxxxx”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Got my refund. Thanks to national consumer helpline.
