Problem Reported Consumer bought an electronic product of recorded songs in end May 2019 for ?2,099 having a warranty of 6 months. During the warranty period, as the product stopped functioning, a grievance was raised with the company, but despite contacting them multiple times on phone and mail, no response was received. After a few days, the Company responded that as the warranty had lapsed, the services could not be provided and the consumer had to pay for the same.
Escalation by NCH As the company is not under convergence with the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was forwarded to the company by e-mail and after continuous follow-up by NCH, the Company responded stating, “Replacement order has been delivered to the customer...”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent, very prompt and helpful service by government much needed in today's time.
