Problem Reported Consumer had applied online for a housing loan and had paid ₹5,000 as the registration amount. He was given the File number. Then, the company representatives followed up with him continuously for at least 3 weeks to upload the required documents on their website. Later, they rejected his application without any reason and were also not refunding the ₹5000 which he had paid as registration amount to them.
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on the NCH Portal that “As a very rare exception, we will refund in full, the fee paid by customer within 7-10 days.”
