Consumer had purchased branded Bluetooth ear buds in mid - Aug 2021 having one year warranty and had paid ₹1999. The product got defective many times and got it replaced seven times by the company but every time it stopped working. Hence, consumer demanded refund but not getting positive response. |

As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that, “As customer is claiming that he wants refund, we have initialized a reverse pickup on customer's behalf via tracking id: xxxxxx We have updated the customer via email that refund will be done according to the product utilization. Hence customer will receive ₹1199.4 (60 %) as per the refund policy. We have credited 60% refund i.e. ₹1199.4 to the customer. Hence we are closing the complaint.” |
