Problem Reported Consumer had purchased branded Bluetooth ear buds in mid - Aug 2021 having one year warranty and had paid ₹1999. The product got defective many times and got it replaced seven times by the company but every time it stopped working. Hence, consumer demanded refund but not getting positive response.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that, “As customer is claiming that he wants refund, we have initialized a reverse pickup on customer's behalf via tracking id: xxxxxx We have updated the customer via email that refund will be done according to the product utilization. Hence customer will receive ₹1199.4 (60 %) as per the refund policy. We have credited 60% refund i.e. ₹1199.4 to the customer. Hence we are closing the complaint.”
