Problem Reported Consumer had ordered branded Carom Board and Scooter from company’s website in June 2021 and had paid ₹5498. The order got cancelled but till date, the amount is not refunded to him. Consumer contacted customer care of the company several times to the company for refund but had not received any response from them
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that , “We have arranged for a refund for the order in the form of NEFT and the same will reflect in the user account within 7 to 10 working days. Thank you!”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent. Resolved.
