Problem Reported Consumer has ordered an induction heater from an online shopping portal in last week of January 2022 and had paid ₹1299. After delivery, he found that product is defective and immediately requested for return. The product got picked in first week of Feb 2022 but till date the amount was not refunded to him. Consumer sent many emails to the company but no resolution till date.
Escalation by NCH As the online shopping portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that, “We are glad to inform you that the refund amount of 1299 has been credited into your xxxxxx (company) wallet on xxxxxx (date).”
