Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a 64GB memory card from an online shopping portal in March 2022 and had paid ₹ 676. After, delivery, when consumer had open the box, the memory card’s packaging was tempered. Same day, he requested for return but the product is getting picked up. The return request has been cancelled three times. Now, consumer wanted that NCH should help in getting the refund
