Consumer had bought a branded mixer grinder from an online shopping portal in mid- February 2022 and had paid ₹ 499. After delivery, consumer found that the product delivered to him was a used one. Consumer complained to the online shopping portal and asked for return and refund. But company had denied to do so. |

As the online shopping company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, “Customer gave confirmation on RVP and also got email / SMS of refund initiation, TAT shared will get credited within 3-4 days. Hence customer agreed to close the case.” |
