Problem Reported Consumer had bought a branded AC in April 2021 and had paid ₹ 33593. Consumer was facing cooling issues in AC; despite repeated repair the issue was not getting resolved. Consumer wants permanent solution to this issue.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, As per discussion with the customer, issue resolved, compressor has been changed. Hence, case closed.
