Problem Reported Consumer has domestic electricity connection. Since, Dec 2021 Company is sending him inflated bills. Bills were generated without any actual reading. Company had charged him ₹ 2530.1 for Jan 22, Feb 22, Mar 22 and Rs.2573.98 for Apr 22) Consumer had highlighted that his flat is closed and he supposed to be charged minimum bill only.
Escalation by NCH As the electricity company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that. ‘As per your complaint No 3526618 your bill is revised and you got credit of Rs. -7218.76.’
