Problem Reported Consumer has a savings account in a PSU Bank, and in early April 2020 when he withdrew cash from another PSU Bank ATM, the cash was not dispensed from the ATM machine although the amount of ₹7000 got debited from his bank account. He had approached the bank branch several times but had not received any response.
