Problem Reported Consumer had bought a mobile handset from an online shopping portal. When he inserted the SIM card in the handset, it got locked, and thereafter, to check, he inserted another SIM card and the handset got locked again. The handset supplied to him was defective. He tried to contact the shopping portal, but the company was not answering.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was received by them on the portal itself, and the company responded that “the seller has initiated the refund of Rs.6024/- to your source account on Aug 22, 2022 and it will be credited by Aug 26, 2022 as per standard banking procedures”
