Problem Reported Consumer had transferred funds from his Bank account and received notification that the transaction was successful, but the amount had not been credited to the receiver’s account. He had received a message that the fund transfer done on his bank account had been timed out, and he should check out the same with his bank. He wanted the problem to be solved.
Escalation by NCH As the Bank is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by the Bank on the portal itself that “Amount reversed in account dt xxxxx.
