Problem Reported Consumer tried booking an air travel ticket using the ‘App’ of a domestic Airline from his mobile, in the second week of May 2022. The transaction of ₹16742 had failed, no PNR was allotted and no transaction id was assigned. However, the amount had got deducted from his account. He immediately called the Airlines customer care and they said that the refund would get processed within 15 days. Since then, he had called the airlines multiple times but the refund had not been received.
Escalation by NCH As the Airlines company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by the company on the portal itself that “Please be informed that we have reversed the amount of INR 16,742 towards the same card and the same shall reflect within 5-7 working days ‘
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent! It was resolved within a day.
