Consumer was offered a new upgraded plan and as he was promised that the existing channels would be available after the upgrade, the consumer opted for it. But after the upgrade, the existing channels were not working any more. He raised the grievance to the company the very same day. Later on, despite calling the company’s customer care every day, the issue was not addressed. He had also e-mailed the grievance to the zonal officer of the company with a request to resolve his grievance, but that also did not work for him, even after timely payments. He requested that the issue be resolved.
