Consumer had taken services of a DTH service provider in the third week of July 2022. Since installation, the set top box was not working properly, the voice relayed in some of the channels were disturbing/breaking. Consumer had raised his grievance to the local executive as well as the manager of the DTH Service provider, but had not received any response from the company. He had also raised his grievance on social media, but the problem had not been attended to. He requested NCH to take up the matter and provide him justice. |
