Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating ‘We understand that you received a missing quantity for your order. We will initiate a refund of Rs.669 within 2 working days. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your bank account in 2 - 3 working days
