Problem Reported Consumer said that the Bank was not providing NOC to the consumer for his credit card closure, he had contacted them but they were delaying the same. Consumer wanted the NOC certificate.
Escalation by NCH As the Bank is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded by them on the portal itself stating” Customer wants the NOC for his card, as customer did the complete payment as per the settlement.. We wish to inform him that, your card has been zeroized’.
