Problem Reported Consumer had ordered medicines from an online pharmacy, and as per the website, the delivery promised was within 2 to 5 days in lockdown period, but even after 10 days neither the delivery had been done, nor the amount of ₹2677had been refunded to him. Consumer tried to contact them through calls and emails, with no success.
Escalation by NCH As the company is not a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was emailed to the company, and they responded that “Complete amount of the customer was refunded well before he has put this complaint. The screenshot of the same is attached for your kind reference.”
