Problem Reported Consumer had booked a cab for an outstation trip, over voice call and chats. Even after paying the full requested amount, the bill/ invoice receipt was not provided. To give an invoice, the company asked for extra money over the charges. After talking to the Company representative, they did not provide the receipt. He requested NCH to look into this and ask the company to provide the receipt for the booking done by him
Escalation by NCH As the online cab Services Company is not a convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the company responded that ‘We have discussed with the client and the issue has been resolved’.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent! I would like to thank NCH for the quick response. I received the apology from the company and the invoice for my booking.
