Problem Reported Consumer had placed an order online for medicines, the money was deducted but the order was not placed. She had paid ₹496/- which was transferred successfully, but even after sharing the transaction id and screenshot of the bank statement, the money had not been refunded, and customer care of the online portal was not responding
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal itself on the duplicate docket ‘Refund request sent to tech team”.
