Consumer’s flight ticket was cancelled as the domestic Airlines stopped operations from the city during Sept 2022. Consumer had contacted customer care several times for the refund but they said that the status showed that it had already been refunded. But it had not been credited to the consumer’s account Consumer asked the Airlines to provide the details but they refused to give any. His bank also denied and confirmed that there had been no refund from the Airlines. He requested NCH to do the needful |
