Problem Reported Consumer’s flight ticket was cancelled as the domestic Airlines stopped operations from the city during Sept 2022. Consumer had contacted customer care several times for the refund but they said that the status showed that it had already been refunded. But it had not been credited to the consumer’s account Consumer asked the Airlines to provide the details but they refused to give any. His bank also denied and confirmed that there had been no refund from the Airlines. He requested NCH to do the needful
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal that “FULL Refund against tickets was processed on xxxxx kindly allow 7-8 days for the credit.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent! It is my first complaint and the service is excellent. Without your help it could be never resolved
