Problem Reported Consumer had ordered for a branded Streaming Media Player in mid April 2020, but there was no response from the company's end even after 10 days, so consumer wanted to cancel the order and get the complete refund of ₹24,583 for the same ASAP.
Escalation by NCH As company is not under convergence, the grievance had been emailed to the company, and the response received was “We are unable to fulfill the order due to restrictions during the lockdown; we have provided full refund to the customer. Kindly refer to the attached NEFT transaction details of the refund.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM I have received my complete refund of the product which I have purchased.
