Problem Reported Consumer had paid ₹16,409.00 for his health policy around 2 weeks back, but it had not been issued yet. Neither had the company responded to reminders sent by him. He wanted an immediate refund of the paid amount, and wanted NCH assistance for the same.
Escalation by NCH As the Insurance company is a convergence partner of NCH; the grievance was responded on the portal itself that ‘The said policy has been issued. Please find enclosed soft copy of the policy schedule for your ready reference. Please note: This is a valid form of Insurance copy and does not require a seal and stamp; you may take a print and utilize. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of the same.”
