Problem Reported Consumer had made a payment of ₹ 7704/- and more than a week later, the insurance company claimed that they had not received any amount and asked the consumer to check with his bank. The bank confirmed that the transaction was successful and the consumer informed the insurance company accordingly, and the company assured that this would be resolved. However, this amount was to be refunded to the consumer, and the company was delaying the same.
Escalation by NCH As the Insurance Company is a convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal itself that ‘We confirm the refund of Rs. 7704.00 has been processed and same will be credited to you within 07 working days.
