Problem Reported Consumer had contacted the company’s service center for a paid service of his washing machine, and was charged ₹2750/- for changing some part, in addition to the charges for checking. But as the washing machine was still not working, he had been calling the service centre for the previous 10 days, but nobody was answering.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating that ‘we regret to inform that previously complaint was attended by private technician. Kindly let us know if you would like us to repair your machine and we would be glad to assist.
