Consumer had bought a branded headphone in mid – June 2022 for ₹ 1299/- . As there were issues with the headphone, the company sent a pickup agent, who, after checking, took back the product with him. The company then informed him that the product was received by them in a damaged condition and hence it the warranty policy was not applicable, and they were returning the product in the same condition. The consumer said that the pickup agent had checked the product carefully and if it was damaged then the agent should not have taken the product along with him. Consumer wanted a replacement as the product had been damaged while providing service, or a refund of the paid amount as soon as possible. |
