Problem Reported Consumer had applied for an add-on card, but the bank rejected the request as the date of birth was different on the PAN card/identity card
Escalation by NCH As the Bank is a convergence partner of NCH; the grievance was responded on the portal itself that the application had been re-processed, based on the PAN copy submitted by the customer, and the card issued has been delivered
