Consumer had bought a dress in the third week of September 2022, but as the dress was of a small size, a return request was filed on the same day. The company sent a message to handover the product to the pickup agent. However no one came to pick up the product. The company put the product return on hold, and indicated quality issue, and then cancelled the return request. The request was again raised for return, but it then showed ‘product delivered’. She requested NCH for help. |
