Consumer had bought a table in mid- November 2022 and paid an amount of ₹770. When the order arrived it was a defective piece, so the consumer contacted the company for refund, but the online shopping company did not respond. |

As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating that ‘the seller has initiated a refund of Rs. 770/-, which has been credited back to source account. This refund will reflect within xxxxx as per standard banking procedures |
