Problem Reported Consumer had paid an amount of ₹ 12000/- for the ‘live classes ‘of the 8 th Standard course, with the assurance that he can get the refund of the paid amount if the registration is cancelled within 15 days. The consumer had got the enrolment done in the beginning of October, and cancelled the same a week later, but did not get the refund.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was responded on the portal stating that ‘The refund process has been completed and the issue is resolved for the customer. Below mentioned are the transaction details along with the amount refunded for the customer - INR 12000 – xxxxxx’
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent!. It is unbelievable that issue resolved in 5 days. Thanks to Govt.
