Problem Reported Consumer had ordered a gas cylinder and payment had been done through the company’s website but the distributor directly collected Rs.1100 in cash from the consumer’s Father. Consumer had raised his grievance about this to the company’s customer care and to the distributor as well, but they had not taken any action for refund. The distributor said that they had not received any money online. He requested NCH’s help to refund his money.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded on the portal that it had been forwarded to the concerned dept. ‘
