Problem Reported Consumer had got recharge done of ₹1,498 from his e-wallet account to his prepaid number. The balance had been deducted but even after six weeks no recharge was reflecting. He had made a lot of efforts, but no result came out. So, he wanted either the money refunded or make his recharge successful for ₹1,498.
Escalation by NCH As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the company responded to the grievance on the NCH Portal stating “As per the telephonic discussion, this is to apprise you that we got the confirmation from your end that the highlighted issue has been resolved as you receive the refund amount.”
