Problem Reported Consumer had purchased FASTag through a Payment Bank at a toll plaza in the third week of Nov 2020. He had added ₹500/- to his e-wallet and ₹100/- got deducted from the wallet, but the FASTag had not started even after almost a month.
Escalation by NCH As the payment Bank is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the Bank on the NCH Portal that “We would like to inform you that your FASTag has been deactivated and refund for the same has been done.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM Excellent! The bank refunded my amount. Very good follow up by NCH. Appreciate it very much.
