Problem Reported Consumer had booked a branded oven on the company website in the first week of September 2020, and had made the payment of ₹36990/- from his credit card. The same was delivered, but when the company engineer visited for installation, he said that the product was in a damaged condition. So, the consumer raised the request for replacement, but the company did not provide any response for the replacement request.
Escalation by NCH As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the Company on the NCH Portal that “Refund Paid”.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had got the refund of the amount paid of ₹36990 in his account. He was very happy with the efforts made by NCH.
