In the third week of January 2020, consumer had booked Airline tickets for 3 passengers. But the Airlines cancelled the tickets of 2 passengers for which consumer had paid the amount of ₹8247 and they had issued the full refund amount to the travel agency. Despite of several reminders to the travel agency, the amount was not refunded in his account. |

As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that the refund Amount of ₹5380/- had been processed and also mentioned details like Refund Settlement Id, Refund Date, Refund Amount etc. They also stated that ₹ 177 was non-refundable amount which was collected towards the booking charge and GST” |
