Problem Reported Consumer went to a Bank ATM to withdraw ₹20000/-, however, the amount got debit from his account but the cash was not dispensed from the ATM Consumer raised his grievance to the Bank branch but the issue was not resolved.
Escalation by NCH As the Bank is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the Bank on the NCH Portal that ‘Customer’s account has been credited by disputed amount along with compensation respectively.’
Consumer Remark in INGRAM When NCH spoke to the consumer he confirmed that he had got a refund of ₹20500/- with compensation.
