Consumer had booked a flight ticket and was trying to reschedule the flight to the next day, just within 4 hours of booking. Despite rescheduling within such a short notice, the airline was charging a very high date change fee. Consumer wanted NCH to help her get the refund. |

As the online travel company is not a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to them and the company responded that ” xxxx (company) has reviewed the case and completed the refund on xxxx for the excess amount of INR 6930 collected from pax back to the same card used in booking. A refund completion email has been sent to passenger's email as per booking record on the same day”. |
