Consumer’s audio device, which was in warranty, had a charging issue. On raising the grievance, the device was checked at the company's end, but nothing was found defective. When he received the product back, the charging was working fine for a day. The next day, the same problem occurred but again, nothing was found at the company's end. However, when he received the product back, the charging was not working. Consumer stated that he was literally fed up with this issue as there was no redressal from the company's side. Already about a month has been wasted trying to rectify the problem, and he had not been able to use the product. The company was defrauding people with their products and not providing any refund. |
