Consumer had booked one flight ticket from an online travel agency in end March.2021 and paid ₹4128/- On completing the payment, he did not get any ticket confirmation. After some time he got a call and was told that the ticket price had got hiked and he needed to pay extra money. So he asked them to refund his money, and was told that the refund would be credited to his account within 10 to 15 working days. After 10 working days, he called them again, this time they asked him to wait for more 5 working days. That deadline had also passed but he had not received any refund. |

As online travel portal is not under Convergence partnership with NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the travel company, and the company responded that “As the booking cancelled beyond our control, we refunded the amount to the passenger. |
