Excellent! I am glad I contacted NCH. Everyone here is very supportive and understanding. NCH takes laudable efforts to protect consumer rights. I got a defective Refrigerator, was refused refund/replacement. Suffered 4months. In June contacted NCH, mid-July, got replacement. So happy, I will make more people aware of this. Thanks a bunch National consumer helpline.

When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the full refund of βΉ1095/-. He was very happy and satisfied with the resolution.

When NCH spoke to the consumer, he confirmed that he had received the refund of βΉ85000/-. Now the issue is resolved and he is satisfied with the same.
